No matter how much you try to 'eat healthy' you fat still hangs around like niggs after the music has stopped. The secret to your failure is something you've all heard about, but don't really know much about....high-fructose corn syrup.
... Ok, are you a sheep? So why do you drink this shit?The problem with HFCS is NOT 'mercury' or whatever other Jones crap you've heard bleating from the inside of the pig pen -- its all about FATNESS.Most Americans, wake up grab a glass of ORANGE JUICE and then fuck themselves for the rest of they day. Thats it --- its over... You take that first glass of orange juice at 7am... and you're done. You just set back your metabolism 36 hours. Whatever other process CRAP you have throught the resst of the day will simply add to that as well.... So you wonder: I only had a cranberry juice and a rice-cake today... why am I still fat? In fact you wonder why you are this way after eating cranberry juice and rice cakes for 3 months -- and you excersize... whats the problem?Here is how the SUN processes your bodies TIMERGY:1 ===> SUGAR2 ===> FAT3 ===> MUSCLE (this one may kill you)As stated, the object is to lose FAT - but your body cannot get to burning fat if SUGAR is in the way.So you ask, why the F does the body process SUGAR FIRST and not fat..? The answer is in nature, REAL SUGAR, is a quick, and CHEAP source of timergy... it is such a CHEAP source of timergy that the body sends to the sun VERY FAST.So what is HFCS?Very, very, very, very, very, very, VERY, very, VERY, very CONCENTRATED ammounts of sugar THAT DO NOT TASTE SWEET.That's it. It is sugar that doesnt taste sweet. As such, the processed food scientist can now put 3000 times the ammount of HFCS inside without tasting 'oversweetened', than he would do so with 'natural sugars'. The result is simple: You wake up guzzle your orange juice, or apple juice, or cranberry juice, or grape drank (if you're black) and you just ingested 3000 times the ammount of SUGAR that you would if the beverage contained NATURAL SUGAR. But, again, to you - the drink does not seem overly-sweet..... but indeed, it is nothing mroe than loads and loads of de-sweetened sugar.So now you're fucked. Your body now is in its primitave mode of processing SUGARS FIRST and will NEVER get to the FAT processing part as a consequence. Your body goes after sugar first -- what better way to punish the wanton cattle for their demand for cheap free food than to overload their bodies with biblical amounts of de-sweetened cork and muss each an every morning in the form of a 'healthy' oraange juice 'fortified with vitiman-c' (lol).
Look fools. You know the code. No free lunch. No orange juice in a bottle. Unless you pick that bitch off the tree in Florida, you are simply drinking orange flavored de-sweetened frutcose.

Ketchep, mustard, mayonase, honey, syrup, jelly, peanut butter, cream cheese... anything that comes in a BOTTLE or JAR!One dash of ketchep on those french-fries is like guzzling a pint of ORANGE JUICE. You just screwed yourself with tasteless sugar and sent your metabolism back to the stone-age -- FAIL!Give it up.Once you do this, your body will naturally process the REAL sugars in your body rather quickly - and then moving on to eating the FAT.People wonder why Americans are so FAT. If you look in American history, back decades ago, -- like cooper even said -- people were eating MORE FAT, grase, and 'fast foods' --- MUCH MORE than they do now -- but LOOK AT THEM! Look at old pictures decades ago! NO FAT AMERICANS! They ate fried-chicken and potato chips each day. Fucking ham and eggs for breakfast. Meat and potatoes for dinner. And a big piece of apple pie for dinner. BUT THEY WERENT AS FAT AS THEY ARE TODAY.You CANNOT argue with this! As america has become more 'diet conscious' they have concidentally become more FAT!So ask yourself...Which came first:The fat american? Or the diet-conscious fat american?Nobody would become 'diet concious' unless they suddenly became FAT. And since there's no way you can ague that your grand parents ate LESS FAT that you do -- with their eating of lambchops and oil each and every night --- since you cant argue that the past generateions ate LESS fat -- indeed they ate MORE fat -- then we have to look at WHEN people started getting fat:

...1975 the the year HFCS began being mass distributed to the flocks via their drinks and condiments - and of course this was the last decade that Americans werent fat. Fast forward to the 80's, 90's and today and the fat is everywhere -- and so is that high-fuitcose corn syrup... that's the culprit. A sneaky-fox of a sugar that retards the metabolism making it virtually impossible for fat to be normally processed.
Cut out the 'dranks' and cut out ALL CONDIMENTS and the body will return to fat processing.Forget the 35 cent grape soda and the barb-q sauce.Make your own dranks in a $5 Blender from the salvation army. Use a small amount of REAL sugar to sweeten them (if desired).Use that same blender to make yoru condiments. Buy tomatoes, peppers, chilli powder (though read to see if it has frutcose syrup in it) vinegar, and whatever else, mustard seed, blend it, and then boil it...I would like to REMIND YOU that 'DRANKS' and 'CONDIMENTS' ARE PROCESSED FOODS. I know you know not to eat the fucking canned soup or the frozen pizza. But your orange juice, gatorade and steak sauce ARE EVEN MORE PROCESSED THAN the foods mentioned above.Just think... if you were going to put SHIT in food to get the cattle fat... who would EVER think to blame the 'drinks' and ketchep???? You fools have been looking at FAT and calories to place the blame...that condiment shelf is no different that having a shelf of TV dinners and pop-tarts....that drink shelf is no different than having a shelf of fruit-loops, captain crunch, and hot-pockets.
