"Dear Dark Wizard, Do the masses ever stop and think (i already know the answer to this one); i'm hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt, i have to work 40-70 hours a week for the next 10-30 years just to keep up payments,

i get to spend around 10% of my time whilst awake in this place, its made of plasterboard / drywall, the fittings are all chrome effect PLASTIC, i haven't used the communal swimming pool once, i pay a ridiculous service charge for a 'concierge' (must be french for sit at a desk and don't do shit!) - IS IT REALLY WORTH IT?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!

I've managed the construction of these carboard boxes in the sky and i know what goes into them - the only difference is the chrome plated, granite countertop, wood flooring and door veneers....which sell for double/triple! lolololol Its FUCKING PLASTERBOARD, its worth the same as the ones built for housing projects just with shiny finishes!!!! 33 -- i noticed the same thing during the boom how sheeple can be made to actually DEMAND cheap materials. Todays mud-huts are literally made out of plastic, cork, and muss. Chinese 5/8" drywall, plastic siding, plastic windows. Interior doors today resemble cardboard boxes or something. Your average 'exterior' 'steel' door is simply a PAPER THIN vineer of sheetmetal with FOAM in the middle... a 'steel' entry door is really a FOAM door. The other option the cattle love is FIBERGLASS... the same CHEAP RADIOACTIVE SHIT that INSULATION is made out of. Literal compacted garbage.

Granite is the most abundant, CHEAP stone on the face of the earth. "Granite countertops"? Lol. Did I miss something? Is this marble, or onxy, or sapphire, or ruby countertops? LOL. No it's fucking GRANITE ... the redheaded stepchild of DIRT.

The list goes on stainless steel appliances (l0l) as if STAINLES FUCKING STEEL is PLATNUM or something! ... the list goes on and on.

But the idea is to get the cattle exited over literal GARBAGE. I call it "INDUSTRIAL CHIC".

Industrial chic, you've seen all over, in both residential and commercial. In america most of the newer baseball-stadiums have this shit..many retail stores too. Basically its where the steel beams are left EXPOSED rivets and all, and just painted some innocuous color. Wire cables hanging exposed, water pipes exposed, fixtures exposed... And this GARBAGE is supposed to be 'modern'... LOL! The benevolency is looking at these orcs, trolling around unfinished heaps of pure unsavory unsightliness..watching them as they actually ENJOY its foul, souless, artless ambiance.

The yuppies here (and everywhere) went crazy over "exposed brick walls" during the boom.

Bitch! -- you better put some drywall over that shit! LOL -- but they LOVE living in a half fininshed shithole with cheap materials and fixutures and beams strewn everyhwere.

Somebody made a joke decades back how people would be living in literal plastic houses one day:

I can go on and on... the point is these MUSHROOMS are loving their poorly constructed half finished debt-huts made out of Shanghais finest cork, muss and soy-sauce.

The amazing part of these neuvo debt-huts that they riche are mortgaging is how they are NOT constructed for LIVING. They were meant to 'look fancy' (luxury) to trick the fool would dare consider debtting into one, but provide ZERO living comforts or practicalities.

Problem #1:

Wood floors, and celings, with drywall walls, rather than concrete. Ive been in these $500,000 transplant sucker cyliners before, and you can hear EVERYTHING coming next door, above your head, and below you as if you are in an episode of 'GOODTIMES'... babies crying, beta males taking it up the arse from their boss-wife over the bills, people snoring, etc.... becasue these fools didnt THINK to see if their condo was made PROPER, they are stuck with cheap sound transmitting walls and ceilings. Have a good sleep!

Problem #2:

MORANICAL locations! LOL!

Above is the scetch of what I call the "GROUND ZERO CONDO" here in philly... What the scetch DOESNT show you is its location. Mind you -- its ALL GLASS.

Now guess where they put this bitch? lol... RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF I-95, I-676, The Ben Franklin bridge (phillys main bridge to jersey), The PATCO LINE (the subway that runs OVER the bridge to take sheeple to jersey), the EL (Phillys elevatated subway line that runs along I-95), and Deleware avenue (Phillys notorious motorcycle drag racing street)

Here in philly, before the boom, back in the mid 80's a large "riche" double highrise was made called the society hill towers... this was where the yuppies of the 80's lived to pretend to be riche...

Today these new VICTORY MANSIONS are constructed the same as projects, for they will one day soon BE the goddm projects themselves! When the moranorc goes broke, gets on the dole... his unit will be halfed, the elevator de-comissioned, the air conditioners de-commisioned, and a security ape will be put in the lobby. There, now it's the projects.

As you now, to the elete, there is NO DIFFERNCE betwen the MORANO building and the WASHINGTON TOWERS PROJECTS ... both house welfare addicts. Cities will be DECENTRALIZED in the future.. Living 'downtown' will be no different than living in the 'hood' (kind of like philly in the 80's...) Since everything will be a WELFARE STATE, there is no need for a central money inductor location (traditionally downtown)...

YOU ARE SEEING THIS.... look at philly, new york, boston, chigago, etc.. former DOWNTOWN highrise OFFICE BULDINGS are now turning into CONDOS! Former work places are now 60 story project buildings for the white and helpless. The only remenence of 'money' downtowan remains the banking disrticts. But as the welfare state approcaces, there will be NO NEED FOR BANKS - welfare will be put on your card (then your chip) and you can stay at home. There will be NO centrilazation... it will be egalitarian. So when I see buildings like the MORANO budding... I simply see a future project building...
